Your time is money. Invest a little of each. Save a lot of both.
I provide trumpets of trade for professionals who want editorial, marketing or promotional material that’s down-the-line straight or slightly slant. I also write almost anything that people prefer to have someone else write.
I’m a quick learner. I can write with authority on a wide range of topics. I can grasp the subtleties of my clients’ marketplaces.
I fear neither blank page nor blank screen. I have a degree in communications from Simmons College, which offers excellent journalism and writing courses, including a very valuable class in Copy & Proof. With my newly minted degree, I became a business journalist: Business Week, then The Seattle Post-Intelligencer and Investor’s Business Daily. I broadened my writing horizons as an independent writer for local, regional and national publications and for corporate clients and professionals. In my 25+ years as a writer, I have tackled subjects as varied as federal tax code revisions and global warming to money management for veterinarians, from advanced electro-optical weaponry to bridal gowns and beer. My interview subjects have ranged from Fortune 500 CEOs and rocket scientists to consumers caught in the coils of the healthcare system and future brides. My professional clients are equally diverse: bankers, pension consultants, M&A specialists, real estate developers, securities brokers, wealth managers.
